HECC Certification, a company established in Cambodia, is the data controller for personal data collected via the hecc-certification.com platform and the HECC mobile application.

We collect the following data: identification information (name, email address, phone number), vehicle-related data (registration, make, model), certification data (diagnostic results, certification history) and browsing data (logs, cookies).
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes: managing your user account, carrying out and tracking certifications, processing orders (shop and reconditioning), communicating about our services, improving our tools and complying with our legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on: your consent (marketing communications), the performance of a certification or purchase contract, and our legitimate interest in improving and securing our services.
5. Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Certification data is kept for 5 years. Account data is kept until account deletion, then archived for 1 year.
6. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with HECC-approved partner centers for carrying out certifications, and with our technical service providers (hosting, payment). It is never sold to third parties. All transfers are governed by confidentiality agreements.
7. User Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the HECC application or at the address indicated in the Contact section. We undertake to respond within 30 days.
8. Data Security
HECC Certification implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Certification data is encrypted and transmitted in real time to our secure servers.

Our platform uses cookies necessary for the service to function and analytics cookies to improve the user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences from your browser settings.
10. Amendments
HECC Certification reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any substantial changes will be notified via the application or platform. The version in force is the one published on hecc-certification.com.
